Affiliate Manager (Crypto Casino)

Hello! We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join a fast-growing Crypto Casino!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with affiliate partners, including day-to-day account management;
• Analyze key performance metrics, identify trends in partner performance, and make data-driven decisions;
• Actively engage in the affiliate and iGaming community: online and offline networking, participation in industry events and conferences;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve partner-related issues quickly and support strategic growth of assigned accounts;
• Maintain reporting and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager working with crypto brands in the iGaming industry;
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and traffic sources;
• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable KPI targets and payment terms;
• Proactive mindset, structured approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills;
• Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for outcomes;
• English proficiency.
