Affiliate Manager iGaming (MENA)

Hello! The iGaming brand is looking for an Affiliate Manager with an existing partner base in MENA region!

Tasks:

• Build and manage affiliate partnerships across the MENA region.
• Attract new traffic sources and onboard strong-performing affiliates.
• Negotiate and structure deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
• Monitor traffic quality, compliance, and player conversions.
• Analyze results (FTD, LTV, ROI) and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive regional growth.
• Keep track of trends, competitors, and local market insights across MENA.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
• Strong understanding of MENA affiliate ecosystems.
• Existing affiliate base or strong networking skills in the region.
• Knowledge of traffic metrics (FTD, LTV, ROI, GGR, NGR).
• Experience with CPA / CPL / RevShare deals.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency (French — strong plus).

Would be a Plus:

• Connections with local affiliate networks, arbitrage teams, and digital agencies in MENA.
• Understanding of cultural specifics, regulations, and player behavior across MENA.
