Affiliate Manager

We are currently scouting for a high-performing Affiliate / Influencer Marketing Manager to join one of our leading partners — a fast-paced international project expanding its footprint in the Indian market.

Requirements:

✅ Must-haves:

• Excellent knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing

• Hands-on experience with Whatsapp, Telegram, Facebook, and Instagram as advertising or influencer marketing channels.

• Experience in the Indian market in similar positions is an advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Willingness to learn, sense of responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.

🌟 Nice-to-haves (Stand out from the crowd):

• Prior experience in the Fintech or Crypto industries.

• Background in Partnership Sales.

• Background in Influencer Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source and recruit new affiliate partners (webmasters, media owners, community administrators)

• Present and sell the project’s affiliate partnership model

• Negotiate cooperation terms and traffic models

• Onboard new affiliates and guide them through activation

• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partners

• Monitor affiliate performance against activation

• Coordinate with internal teams on promotions and offers

• Maintain regular communication with active affiliates

• Fully remote position, 5/2 schedule, 8-hours working day

• $600 fixed monthly salary during the probation period, increasing to more after completing the probation period, plus performance-based bonuses
