We operate globally, delivering premium concierge services through our app to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), executives, and top-tier businesses. Our platform is used directly by end clients and also integrated by partner companies into their own apps to power seamless concierge and travel solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly professional Personal Assistant for a fully remote job. Considering candidates from all regions.

What you will do:

• Provide prompt service and support to our HNWI customers, ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times in accordance with company standards;
• Efficiently manage all incoming requests related to lifestyle, travel, and other concierge services, providing solutions in a timely manner while anticipating client needs;
• Support clients with their daily personal needs, handling requests both reactively and proactively;
• Conduct research and arrange travel, restaurant reservations, and other relevant bookings, ensuring that selected options meet the high standards of the company and client preferences;
• Ensure strict compliance with internal company procedures, regulations, and guidelines, including communication standards, task handling, and client interaction;
• Meet all internal deadlines, including SLA requirements for task completion, and ensure timely updates are provided to management;
• Follow the procedures for transferring tasks to colleagues when necessary, ensuring a seamless handover in line with company protocols and clear communication;
• When selecting external providers, ensure they align with the company’s values, service level, and quality expectations;
• Prepare and submit daily reports and updates to upper management, ensuring all relevant details about tasks, progress, and client satisfaction are accurately documented.

What it takes to be a Personal Assistant at Perfect.Live:

• Fluency in spoken and written Russian and English language
• 3+ years of experience in personal assistance, lifestyle management, or guest relations.
• Exceptional attention to details
• Problem-solving approach
• Strong research skills
• Understanding of the HNWI profile
