Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Professional to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and analytics tracking. You’ll play a key role in improving our online visibility, driving high-quality traffic, and supporting the growth of all Blue Collar Scholars’ brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs.
• Perform regular site audits to identify technical issues and opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Collaborate with the content, web, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and tools.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Understanding of link-building strategies and local SEO best practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
