Head of Marketing

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and elevate our brand to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer engagement.

• Oversee all marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, PR, influencer marketing, SMM, and paid acquisition.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and excellence.

• Optimize marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.

• Manage website optimization efforts, including UI/UX, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO.

• Analyze key metrics, prepare performance reports, and identify strategic opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company goals.

• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the marketing and cybersecurity industries.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience in mobile app marketing (required).

• Experience with SaaS products and B2B marketing is a strong advantage.

• Solid understanding and/or hands-on experience in SMM, Media Buying, and PPC.

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX concepts and website optimization.

• Experience in CRO and applying best practices for improving conversion rates.

• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics for tracking performance and analyzing traffic.

• Experience managing marketing teams across various product lines or industries.

• Fluent English with ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.

• Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to turn insights into actionable initiatives.
