About the role

We are looking for the Chief Delivery Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality, transparency, and predictability. This role combines strong delivery management expertise, solid technical understanding, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align delivery outcomes with business goals across all stages of execution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery by owning the full project lifecycle from planning and execution through to successful completion within agreed scope, timelines, and resources.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, analytics, and DevOps.

• Manage project resources and capacity, ensuring teams are appropriately staffed and workload is balanced across delivery streams.

• Foster transparency and accountability across teams — establish clear communication channels, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment at every stage of delivery.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively propose and implement solutions.

• Track delivery progress, KPIs, and performance metrics; prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.

• Continuously improve team delivery processes, Agile ceremonies, and engineering workflows based on data and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role

• Strong technical background and hands-on experience working with software development teams

• Experience working with delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, lead time, cycle time)

• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Will be an asset

• Experience working with distributed or international teams

• Familiarity with project and delivery management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, etc.)

• Experience with release management and deployment coordination

• Background in software development, product management, or IT consulting

• Experience with or strong interest in leveraging AI tools in daily work

Conditions

Format: Remote, flexible schedule · ~40 h/week

Type of contract: self-employed or individual entrepreneur

Trial period: 3 month

Compensation: 8000 USD for ~80 h/month

Income tax: reimbursement up to 10% (after passing trial period

О роли Мы ищем Директора Проектов (Сhief Delivery Manager), который обеспечит успешную реализацию проектов и инициатив при высоких стандартах качества, прозрачности и предсказуемости. Роль сочетает в себе экспертизу в управлении поставками, уверенное техническое понимание и развитые коммуникативные навыки. Вы будете тесно взаимодействовать с инженерными командами, стейкхолдерами и руководством, обеспечивая соответствие результатов доставки бизнес-целям на всех этапах исполнения.

Обязанности

• Обеспечивать своевременную и качественную доставку, управляя полным жизненным циклом проекта — от планирования и исполнения до успешного завершения в рамках согласованных скоупа, сроков и ресурсов.
• Координировать работу кросс-функциональных команд: разработка, QA, аналитика и DevOps.
• Управлять ресурсами и загрузкой команд, обеспечивая необходимый стаффинг и равномерное распределение нагрузки между потоками доставки.
• Формировать культуру прозрачности и ответственности — выстраивать чёткие каналы коммуникации, управлять ожиданиями стейкхолдеров и обеспечивать согласованность на каждом этапе.
• Выявлять риски, зависимости и узкие места; проактивно предлагать и внедрять решения.
• Отслеживать прогресс доставки, KPI и метрики производительности; готовить регулярные статус-репорты для стейкхолдеров.
• Непрерывно улучшать процессы доставки, Agile-церемонии и инженерные рабочие процессы на основе данных и ретроспектив.

Требования

• Опыт работы в роли Delivery Manager, Project Manager или на аналогичной позиции — от 3 лет
• Уверенный технический бэкграунд и практический опыт работы с командами разработки
• Опыт работы с метриками доставки (velocity, throughput, lead time, cycle time)
• Хорошее понимание жизненного цикла разработки ПО и Agile-методологий (Scrum, Kanban)
• Уровень английского языка C1 и выше (письменный и устный)
• Развитые навыки коммуникации, фасилитации и управления стейкхолдерами
• Высокая организованность и навыки решения проблем
• Способность работать самостоятельно и добиваться результатов в динамичной среде

Будет плюсом

• Опыт работы с распределёнными или международными командами
• Знакомство с инструментами управления проектами и доставкой (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana и др.)
• Опыт в управлении релизами и координации деплоев
• Бэкграунд в разработке ПО, продуктовом менеджменте или IT-консалтинге
• Опыт использования или выраженный интерес к применению AI-инструментов в ежедневной работе
