HR & International Recruitment Intern

International HR agency APS Resources is looking for a talented intern to join the International Recruitment Department.

Responsibilities:

• proactive sourcing of candidates;

• resume screening;

• conducting initial interviews in video and audio format;

• mass messaging.

Requirements:

• fluent English (C1 or above); knowledge of other foreign languages will be a definite advantage;

• availability to work 20–40 hours per week;

• own laptop/PC for work;

• strong communication skills;

• proactivity, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn new things.
