HR Manager (HRBP, Fashion Retail, Moscow)

We are a dynamic and fast-growing fashion retail company building a strong creative brand with ambitious commercial goals. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (HRBP) who will become a true business partner to leadership and a driver of people strategy.

This is not a purely operational HR role. We are seeking a professional who understands how to connect creative teams, retail operations, and business objectives into one coherent culture and performance system.

To build and sustain a culture of collaboration between creative, retail, and business functions — ensuring high performance, engagement, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to top management and department heads
• Build and strengthen a culture of interaction between creative teams, retail stores, and business units
• Lead and optimize the full recruitment cycle (HQ & retail), ensuring strong employer branding and high-quality hires
• Develop and implement performance management systems (KPIs, evaluation cycles, feedback processes, development plans)
• Support retail leadership in workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and internal communication initiatives
• Advise management on organizational design, workforce effectiveness, and change management
• Ensure HR policies and processes are aligned with business strategy and retail dynamics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, including proven experience as an HRBP
• Strong background in fashion retail or retail industry
• Deep understanding of recruitment, retail operations, and performance management systems
• Experience working with creative teams is highly desirable
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Russian and English
