Sales Strategy Specialist

Responsibilities

• Control, collect and check sales and reporting data to ensure WS and RS targets achievement:

Timely and accurate reporting in line with reporting calendar.

Monthly control and monitoring Age Stock level of stock.

Stock calculation as of the end of month including estimated arrival.

Shipment and Sales forecast preparation.

Traffic report: collection data from distributer and common report preparation.

Real Sales report preparation.

Sales and Stock report (requests for dealers, forms preparation).

Weekly report data collection and preparation.

• Control ordering process WS and RS targers timely:

Production priorities collection and control.

Collect and analyze 5M order forecast provided by distributors.

Studing of all Ordering processes, procedures and reports; new model launches schedule.

• Meetings and regular communication with distributors:

Participation in meetings, meetings materials preparation based on management requests.

Communication with functions based on business needs (in line work responsibilities).

For control of actual ordering, production and other issues communication will be carried out: with distributors; plants (balance out, production and shipment details, etc).

Requirements:

• Responsible approach to work
• Accuracy
• Analytical skills
• Specialized education (logistics, foreign economic activity, economics) - completed or in process
• English level at least intermediate
