Web3 Community Manager (Twitter/X + LinkedIn)

Mezen is a consulting firm with deep analytical expertise in the rapidly evolving Web3 space. We specialize in delivering strategic operational financial and investment consulting services tailored specifically for Web3 companies.

We are now looking for a Community Manager who will help create activity on Twitter (X.com) and LinkedIn, engage with audiences, and support our content through meaningful replies and discussions.

What you will do

Your main task is to keep our Twitter & LinkedIn presence active, lively, and engaging.

You will:

• Leave ~100 meaningful replies per day (≈80 on Twitter, ≈20 on LinkedIn) during peak audience activity hours under relevant posts.

• Engage under our own posts to drive discussion and visibility.

• Spot trends, memes, and relevant news from the Web3 ecosystem.

• Post ready-made publications at the agreed time.

• Generate simple hypotheses on reply formats, posting timings, and engagement triggers (independently or with our marketer) to increase impressions and engagement rate

• Work on weekends (flexible volume).

• Double-check facts, follow credible sources, and stay updated with what’s happening on X.com.

What we’re looking for

• Genuine interest in Web3 and willingness to learn.

• Love for social media and understanding how replies, reach, and engagement work.

• English level B2 or higher — you can write short, clear, emotionally intelligent comments.

• Flexibility in tone — from friendly to meme-style.

• Ability to analyze what works, suggest ideas, and adapt.

We evaluate the role through clear, simple indicators:

• Engagement rate

• Conversion from impressions to profile visits

• Quality and frequency of replies under our own posts

• Ability to independently analyze which reply formats bring the best results
