Affiliate Department Project Coordinator / Junior Scrum Master
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the overall backlog for the affiliate department (affiliate managers, support team, etc.).
- Record and organize all incoming tasks.
- Break down large tasks into subtasks with clear deadlines, assignees, and dependencies.
- Provide continuous follow-up: reminders, status checks, deadline control.
- Prepare daily/weekly updates:
- completed / in progress / overdue tasks
- blockers and responsible parties
- Keep all boards and sprints up to date: prioritization, task movement, status updates.
- Support the Head of Affiliate Department with operational workload:
- document results of calls and meetings
- convert ideas/plans into structured tasks with deadlines
- Participate in team calls/meetings as the “backlog owner”: ensure commitments are added to the tracker and executed.
- Maintain basic documentation: responsibilities, processes, regulations, task status definitions.
Requirements
Tools
- Experience with task trackers: Jira / Trello / ClickUp / Asana (confident in at least one).
- Google Sheets / Excel — solid skills (formulas, pivot tables, filters, basic reporting).
- Google Docs / Slides — documentation, presentations, reporting.
- Messengers: Telegram, Slack — structured work with channels/threads.
- Basic understanding of CRM or affiliate systems (affiliate dashboards, FTD/Dep/RS/CPA stats).
Affiliate Marketing Knowledge
- Basics of affiliate marketing:
- affiliate, affiliate network, offer
- CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
- core metrics: clicks, registrations, FTD, Dep, retention
- Understanding of how the affiliate department operates: managers, support, design, BI, finance, product.
- Experience creating tasks for cross-functional teams (design, analytics, development, support).
- Basic knowledge of Scrum/Kanban: sprints, backlog, prioritization, deadlines, follow-ups.
