We are a team focused on developing automated trading systems (ATS) for the Forex market. Our mission is to build strong international teams of traders, analysts, quants, and developers capable of creating and testing high-performance trading algorithms.
As we expand, we are looking for a Recruiter with HR functions who will handle the full cycle of hiring and onboarding specialists both in Russia and abroad (China, India, Europe, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment (primary role)
-
Building teams of traders, analysts, quants, risk managers, and ATS developers.

Sourcing candidates across international platforms: HH, LinkedIn, Upwork, AngelList, as well as Chinese and Indian job boards.

Active sourcing via Telegram channels, professional forums, and developer/trader communities.

Managing the full hiring cycle:

posting vacancies
-
resume screening
-
conducting interviews
-
coordinating test assignments
-
communication with candidates throughout the process

Creating and maintaining a talent pipeline and internal candidate database.
2. International Hiring
-
Recruiting specialists in Russia, CIS, India, China, Europe, etc.

Understanding cultural differences and communication nuances.
-
Coordinating distributed remote teams.
2. HR Functions
-
Onboarding and adaptation of new employees.
-
Monitoring probation periods and staff performance.
-
Supporting internal communication, motivation, and workflow processes.
-
Maintaining corporate culture within a distributed international team.
-
Contributing to the development of KPIs and motivation systems.
Professional
-
Mandatory experience in IT recruitment; experience in hiring traders or financial specialists is a strong advantage!

Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, especially for rare/complex profiles.

Experience in HR administration and employee support.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mandatory English at Intermediate level or higher (additional languages such as Chinese or Hindi are a plus).
