About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Sales who will lead our sales direction. You will manage the full sales cycle, build the sales process, and grow the client base. You will also help the team follow one clear sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the sales team and help team members grow

Build a clear sales process and make sure the team follows it

Create simple sales plans, weekly goals, and action steps

Track sales results and improve weak points in the process

Find new clients and new markets for the company

Speak with clients, understand their needs, and offer the right service

Run calls and meetings with decision-makers
-
Lead negotiations and close deals

Build long-term, strong relationships with clients

Train team members on how to write messages, run calls, and close deals

Work with management to plan monthly and quarterly sales targets

Share reports and suggest new ideas to improve sales
Requirements:

Experience in sales in a recruiting agency or HR consulting — required
-
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience

Experience leading or mentoring a sales team (nice to have)

Fluent English

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and reach sales targets

Good understanding of business needs and client processes
