What you will do:

• Implement and build the internal communication system in our company;
• Filter and assess the relevance of communications to ensure that all internal messages are purposeful, timely, and aligned with company priorities;
• Write, review, and oversee the release of internal communication materials (digests, Slack posts, internal documents, presentations), ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with our tone of voice;
• Collaborate on the planning and support internal events (such as departments demos, Town Halls, etc.);
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our communications and channels, working on their continuous improvement;
• Embed company values and strengthen corporate culture through all communications, ensuring that internal resources, messages, and guidelines are consistent;
• Support teams with content creation requests, providing guidance and expertise;
• Coach and enable employees who write communications daily, ensuring their messages follow our style guides and tone of voice — not only by producing content directly, but also by building capability and ensuring quality through others;
• Contribute to the development and implementation of communication plans to support organizational objectives;
• Create and maintain internal communication guides and best practices;
• Develop the company’s merchandise store.

What we expect:

• From 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international company with 1000+ employees;
• Advanced writing skills in both English and Russian;
• Experience in copywriting, proofreading, and editing;
• Ability to simplify complex messages and create engaging content;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information;
• Experience in change management and supporting transformation initiatives;
• Experience in crisis communications and messaging during sensitive situations.
