Responsibilities:

Manage dealerships, analyze and improve their service KPIs;

Supervise and improve customer service quality across all dealerships within the region, and assist in handling customer complaints;

Conduct regular visits to dealerships, provide on-site guidance, and develop improvement plans;

Be responsible for the communication and implementation of service policies, procedures, technical information, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket service industry;
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in regional management or multi-store management.
- Proficiency in Russian & English language is required, Chinese language is an advantage
