IT Operations Manager

IT Department is looking for an IT Operations Manager to manage IT support services and to keep IT Opearions Organizational structure aligned with business strategy and priorities.

And you have:

• High education (academy/university) in IT, communication and management, marketing or finance/economy, ITSM (ITIL) certified, Project Management certified (optional);
• Agile (SCRUM) experience;
• 10-15 years in IT sphere and 5+ years of IT management in International Companies (FMCG preferable);
• Good Business Knowledge (Acumen);
• Communication & Interpersonal skills, Organizational Performance and Development management;
• Working knowledge and understanding of process IT service management, risk management, project management;
• Experience in organizing and leading cross-functional teams of individuals, assessing process and information flows, performing cost/benefit analyses, tracking results, developing recommendations and implementing changes that benefit business performance;
• Experience in leading and participating in different IT functions (Service Delivery, Project Management, Customer services and Solution Development).
