Senior sales manager (digital ads, travel)

We are looking for leader with strong sales expertise. You are going to launch new business unit – sales of company marketing products like CDP (web/app push, email), banner adds (both web and app), promotion by articles (blog), all external digital formats available in RF (arbitrage). Initially, you'll be a Sales Manager (and you'll need to do some hands-on work at the start). Then, by achieving KPIs (CF, operating profit margin), you'll be able to begin growing to become a Leader in the advertising product vertical, where you'll realize your potential as a Leader and Business Developer.

Responsibilities:

  • Search and acquisition b2b customers for advertising contracts. Target audience: Foreign country tourism offices and hotel chains mostly. Internal Russian brands could also come as advertisers.

  • Execute on your own ad integrations needed in 2026 according to financial model from cold sale phase up to payment,

  • Form strong Product Market Fit for unit scaling (with attraction of internal expertise and company resources):

  • functioning acquisition and retention funnel to ad contract,

  • objects needed for contract conclusion: сcommercial proposals, media kit’s, offers etc.

  • reporting system and document flow.

We are looking for:

  • Native Russia

  • English B2 and above (fluent English, Arabic is an advantage)

  • Direct sales experience (sales of digital ad products are an advantage, sales on foreign markets are solid advantage)

  • Ready for business trips (Europe, Middle east, inside Russia)

  • Personal qualities: building relationship skills, attention to details, analytical mind.
