About the company
We are a dynamic company specializing in engineering and design of ventilated facades and building exterior envelopes. Our projects cover markets in Israel, Estonia, Dubai, and the UK. Our team consists of 25 remotely working employees
Responsibilities
- Full support to the Manager (meetings, business trips, business visits, ticket purchase, hotel booking, etc.)
- Organization of business meetings and negotiations with the Manager at the Head, occasionally - preparation of a presentation for the meeting
- Notifying participants of the time and place of the meetings, and collecting necessary materials, in some cases - keeping the minutes of the meeting
- Control over the employees' execution of the tasks given by the Manager
- Work in social networks (FB, IG - answers to questions/queries, publication of posts)
- Correspondence with partners on incoming requests, sending out newsletters to the clients
- Participation in the website development
- Execution of the Manager's personal requests: order and delivery, setting up various personal matters
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
- At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant to a manager ( Experience of work at a Construction company is an advantage)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs
- A high level of stress tolerance
- Ability to find solutions at any cost
- Loyalty and honesty
