Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment and goes the extra mile to deliver outstanding service.
As our Customer Support Manager, you will:
-  Handle the full range of customer requests: technical support, how-to questions, payments, invoices, and refunds. 
-  Respond to customers quickly (within minutes, not hours) — your energy and responsiveness make the difference. 
-  Take ownership of issues, follow up proactively, and keep customers updated until resolution. 
-  Work closely with our developers to troubleshoot new problems and suggest improvements. 
-  Actively update and expand our knowledge base to empower customers. 
-  Be available beyond standard office hours, including late evenings (after 20:00 Moscow Time). 
Requirements
-  Proven experience in customer/technical support with fast response metrics. 
-  Technical background: APIs, Google products (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms), Chrome Extensions. 
-  Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Intercom) and support platforms. 
-  Strong written and spoken English (C1). 
-  High energy, fast learner, and proactive communicator. 
-  Ability to work flexibly, including evenings/weekends if needed. 
-  Remote work discipline: self-driven, responsive, and reliable in an asynchronous setup.
