Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at EPODEX, specializing in construction coatings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling construction materials and excellent skills in CRM management. This remote position focuses on the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the construction sector
• Actively sell construction coatings and related products
• Manage sales processes efficiently using CRM systems
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the client base
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and customer needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the construction materials industry
• Strong selling skills and ability to close deals
• Proficient in CRM software usage
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) – Level C1+
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work remotely
