Who We Are
We are a fast-growing entertainment company that has been operating since 2020. With a team of over 1,500 professionals working from our offices in Cyprus and Malta, as well as remotely around the world, we focus on creating a dynamic, results-driven environment that empowers our people to grow and lead in their domains.
As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for a Lead Country Manager to drive our international growth, oversee country operations, and lead multi-market strategy execution across several regions.
What You’ll Do
-  Own and drive the strategic development of multiple geographical markets (LatAm, Europe, or others). 
-  Lead and mentor a distributed team of Country Managers, Local Testing Managers, and market specialists. 
-  Oversee country-level operational performance: product KPIs, financial results, CRM, customer service, call center performance, compliance, and marketing impact. 
-  Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, VIP, Legal, BI, and Finance teams to align local market strategies with global priorities. 
-  Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new geos and brands. 
-  Monitor regional trends and competitor activity to refine positioning and adapt tactics based on market realities. 
-  Report directly to the executive leadership team and participate in high-level planning and budgeting sessions. 
-  Ensure effective knowledge sharing and process standardization across countries and teams. 
What We’re Looking For
-  Proven track record of leading multi-market operations in a high-growth digital or entertainment company. 
-  5+ years of experience in country/regional management, operations, business development, or commercial strategy roles. 
-  Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills — ideally with experience in building and scaling teams. 
-  Deep understanding of key business metrics (ROI, LTV, CAC, ARPU), funnel optimization, and customer segmentation. 
-  Solid experience in customer-facing operations (support, retention, VIP, localization). 
-  Background in Affiliate partnerships, growth marketing, or performance-driven acquisition is a strong plus. 
-  Strategic mindset with hands-on approach — able to think big and execute. 
Language Requirements
-  English – Advanced 
-  Russian – Advanced 
-  Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc.) are a plus.
