Job responsibilities :

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between customer and company.
  • Sales plan (sell-in and sell-out) fulfillment
  • NPL: new product launch development in border of customer (TM, Instore) and actual implementation
  • Trade spend management on the most effective way
  • Coordinate with e-commerce patners' team;
  • Managing PSI; -Plan and control marketing activities on e-com partners website;
  • Control the supply of goods to e-commerce partners;
  • Content placement on e-commerce partners' sites;
  • Sales planning: annual, quarterly, monthly;
  • Drawing up reports on sales for a week, a month, etc. Development of measures to improve work efficiency;
  • Development of incentive measures to ensure the implementation of the sales plan.

Requirements:

  • Work experience from 1 to 3 years in the sales department, e-com direction as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the specifics of working with Internet sites as an advantage.
  • Higher economic/marketing education is desirable
