Retention manager (Office based)

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in a senior-level retention position (such as Team Lead, Head of Retention, Regional Manager, etc.)

Solid expertise in B2C retention; experience working with high-value clients is a strong advantage

Background or strong understanding of the financial industry

Fluent in English, both spoken and written
