Lawyer Private Wealth

We are well known Multy-family office. Looking for a new colleague for our legal team. As a lawyer you will be participated in such projects as:

 Setting-up of private ownership structures for HNWIs in various jurisdictions;

 Elaboration of strategies for succession planning of business and private assets, family and corporate governance;

 Legal advice on private M&A deals, corporate law, restructurings;

 Legal advice on matters of private international law, including family and inheritance law;

 Legal risk management: identifying potential legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate them;

 Advice on currency control regulations, compliance and other areas of law;

 Keeping up-to-date on relevant legal developments and trends in order to provide the best possible solutions to clients;

 Participation in marketing activities (internal and external events, webinars etc.).

Whom we are looking for

 3+ year PQE minimum relevant legal experience (after obtaining higher education);

 Experience in legal firms and/or “single/multi family office” will be an advantage;

 Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate junior colleagues, providers and other lines of services and to prioritize workflow while adhering to strict deadlines and excellent work and accuracy;

 Excellent command of English (both oral and written);

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

 Flexible, adaptable and responsive character;

 Good presentation skills with a strong commercial and legal mindset to be able to advise clients on various issues and conclusions;

 Stress-resistant;

 Problem solver, reliable person, willing to learn fast;

 Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
