Talent Sourcer

About the company:

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Sourcer who’s ready to do more than just scan LinkedIn. You’ll uncover hidden talent, build outstanding sourcing pipelines, and turn data-driven insights into high-quality hires — all while keeping speed, precision, and candidate experience at the core.

Tasks:

• Identify and attract top talent using diverse sourcing techniques and platforms.
• Conduct market research within the online trading and related industries to identify target companies and talent pools.
• Create and maintain organizational charts for key target companies.
• Initiate and manage initial outreach and communication with prospective candidates.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies for each open position.
• Identify and implement new sourcing channels; support and enhance employee referral programs.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database.
• Compile and present regular sourcing reports and analytics to the team.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar sourcing or recruitment role.
• Proficiency with modern sourcing tools, platforms, and Boolean search.
• English and Russian proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Solid communication skills and a proactive approach.
