Responsibilities:

  • To look for new accounts to promote and sell hotels services in the local corporate market.
  • To establish and maintain customer relationship with new accounts.
  • To provide long-term efficient partnership with key accounts.
  • To negotiate with accounts corporate contracted rates in order to achieve the budget, maximum occupancy and highest possible rates.
  • To monitor the present situation in the local corporate market.
  • To prepare commercial and special offers.
  • To prepare corporate agreements for corporate accounts.
  • To conduct site inspections for the existing and potential customers in order to convince them to choose.
  • Organization and coordination of events in hotel.
  • To achieve financial targets.

Requirements:

  • Dynamic personality, result oriented, communicative, accountable and trustworthy, attentive to details, stress resistant, team player, disciplined, ambitious to build career
  • Fluent English (more languages would be advantage)
  • Revenue Management awareness would be advantage
