Responsibilities:

• Annual report and Sustainability report
• Support of the Group’s financial modeling
• Interaction with rating agencies
• Market analysis (key sectors of Russian economy, container market, competitive landscape, etc.)
• Participation in drafting all investor-related documents (PR releases, presentations, reports, etc.)
• Corporate website support
• Publication / dissemination of all investor-related documents (mailing, website, etc.)
• Participation in investor meetings, conferences
• Communication support of all corporate transactions (M&As, public offerings, debt raising, etc.)

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Science
• Work experience in financial advisory firms/investment banks/audit companies is a big plus
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and financial analysis
• A command of English
• ESG knowledge is an advantage
• Previous IR experience is not required

Conditions:

• Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; stable “white” (officially declared) income; social guarantees.

• Work schedule: 5/2 (Saturday and Sunday off).

• Work location: St. Petersburg, Gladky Island – 1.
