About the Role
We are looking for a Mongolian-speaking Retention Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with agents through daily communication, providing support, and ensuring a high level of engagement.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and a basic understanding of the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities
● Conduct daily calls with assigned agents.
● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agents.
● Communicate clearly, professionally, and in a friendly manner.
● Explain company processes, updates, and promotions effectively.
● Follow up with agents and provide ongoing support.
● Monitor agent activity and performance.
● Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and internal systems.
● Perform basic internet research when required.
● Work closely with management to achieve retention and performance goals.

Requirements

Languages
● Fluent Mongolian (Required)
● Good English communication skills (Required)

Technical Skills
● Basic computer skills.
● Google Sheets.
● Internet research.
● Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
