ACCOR international company (Novotel St.Petersburg Centre) - the leader in industry of tourism and hospitality is currently looking for a Revenue Manager who is pro-active and creative.

Responsibilities:

•Short-term and long-term forecasting (budget preparation);

•Reporting for the past periods with data analysis;

•Creation and daily control of hotel price and sales strategies (open regular and promo rates, individual contracts and group rates), its communication between the departments. Control of targets achievement;

•Conducting strategy meetings on weekly bases;

•Negotiations with OTA partners;

•E-commerce: content control on website and OTA

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

•Higher education;

•2-year experience in a similar position;

•Background in sales department (as an advantage);

•Knowledge of local market tendencies (competitors and clients);

•Upper intermediate English, literate Russian;

•MS Office (special attention to Excel and Power Point);

•Opera knowledge (plus if other specific tools and RM products are known);

•Analytical tools, strategic mind, strong communication skills, client oriented
