We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative who thrives on meeting targets and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Make phone calls to convert prospects faster.
- Generate a minimum of 10 qualified leads per month through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Conduct at least 15 sales presentations or discovery calls with prospective clients each month.
- Achieve a monthly sales quota of at least $40,000 in new business revenue.
- Convert a minimum of 30% of leads into signed contracts each month.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM with 100% accuracy, logging all client interactions and sales activities daily.
- Follow up with all inbound inquiries within 1 business day.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals to at least 90% of prospects within 3 business days of initial contact.
- Collaborate with the PR team to ensure a seamless handoff and onboarding process for new clients.
- Provide weekly sales pipeline and performance reports to management.
- Attend at least 2 industry networking events or conferences per quarter to expand the agency’s reach.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PR, marketing, or agency environments.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (please provide quantifiable examples).
