We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative who thrives on meeting targets and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Make phone calls to convert prospects faster.
  • Generate a minimum of 10 qualified leads per month through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Conduct at least 15 sales presentations or discovery calls with prospective clients each month.
  • Achieve a monthly sales quota of at least $40,000 in new business revenue.
  • Convert a minimum of 30% of leads into signed contracts each month.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM with 100% accuracy, logging all client interactions and sales activities daily.
  • Follow up with all inbound inquiries within 1 business day.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals to at least 90% of prospects within 3 business days of initial contact.
  • Collaborate with the PR team to ensure a seamless handoff and onboarding process for new clients.
  • Provide weekly sales pipeline and performance reports to management.
  • Attend at least 2 industry networking events or conferences per quarter to expand the agency’s reach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PR, marketing, or agency environments.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (please provide quantifiable examples).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, GohighLevel).

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
