Requirements:

• At least 5 years working experience in high profile Bar/Restaurant
• Fluent English is a must
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a professional, service-oriented attitude
• Should be able to create a positive working relationship with other people
• Able to introduce new concepts to the bar through promotions whilst maintaining the style of the bar for local clientele
• Real team player and highly motivated to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• To oversee, manage, direct and control the Lobby Bar operation, quality of execution, standards of service, guest satisfaction, colleagues performance, projects, quality of food & beverages, financial performance of the outlet etc.
• To drive processes, lead people to achieve their tasks and assists other colleagues, inspire a team ready to take the Lobby bar to the next level
• To demonstrate a high degree of culture and service standards awareness; and acts as role model
• To impact of productivity and flexibility on the profitability of the outlet, constantly manage ways to control & reduce operational cost in his outlet keeping the same & constant high quality of service as per set standards of service
