Field Service Engineer (FSE with IVD experience)

Technical consultant

Responsibility:

1. Solve customers’ technical problems and complaints promptly.

2. Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems.

3. Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required;

Conduct Customer training.

4. Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team.

5. Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues.

6. Other task arranged by the company

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.

2. Candidates with service experience in total laboratory automation line (biochemistry & immunology) are preferred

3. Good communication in English and hard working.
