Обязанности:

1. End-to-end Regional Logistics Operations Management
– Coordinate the entire chain from destination port arrival, customs clearance, container pick-up, inland transportation, VMI warehousing, order outbound, to final delivery, and close out any exceptions.
– Track vessel schedules/capacity/terminal status, coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure efficient and compliant clearance, handle inspections, port congestion, demurrage, and other contingencies.
– Plan optimal transportation routes and capacity combinations, monitor shipments in transit, respond quickly to delays, cargo damage, rejections, and other exceptions, and activate contingency plans.

2. Full Lifecycle Management of VMI Warehouse
– Manage receiving plans, inbound inspection, put‑away, inventory management, cycle counts/annual physical counts, ensuring WMS/ERP data accuracy and physical inventory alignment.
– Manage inventory health, handle damaged, mis‑shipped, slow‑moving, and expired goods, and propose inventory optimization and turnover improvement plans.
– Ensure outbound shipments meet customer requirements for timeliness, packaging, labeling, and batch/lot control to support JIT delivery.

3. Sales Collaboration and Customer Service
– Act as the logistics point of contact, engage with local sales teams frequently, provide early logistics feasibility assessments and commitment on lead times/costs for orders and projects.
– Interface with end customers, synchronize logistics milestones, resolve delivery issues, and enhance delivery experience and customer loyalty.
– Collect front‑end requirements and market insights to refine logistics strategies and service standards.

4. Local Resource Network and Supplier Management
– Build and maintain a reliable network of local service providers: customs brokers, trucking fleets, warehouses, terminals, customs agents, bonded warehouses, etc.; with quick sourcing and price comparison capabilities.
– Access real-time local port rules, customs policies, freight rates, road restrictions, holiday impacts, and other relevant information.

5. Logistics Solution Design and Cost Control
– Independently design one‑stop logistics solutions for key accounts/major projects: mode selection, route planning, warehousing/distribution strategies, risk contingencies, and cost estimates.
– Set regional logistics budgets, monitor port charges, clearance fees, transport costs, warehousing expenses, drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
– Generate operational analysis and improvement reports to support HQ decision‑making.

6. Compliance, Risk Management, and System Building
– Ensure operations comply with host country customs, trade, foreign exchange, tax, safety, and other regulatory requirements, and avoid compliance risks.
– Establish regional SOPs, exception handling mechanisms, and contingency plans to enhance team standardization and resilience.
– Regularly report risk points, improvement measures, and execution results.

7. Data Reporting and System Maintenance
– Regularly generate KPI reports: inbound timeliness, outbound accuracy, inventory accuracy, on‑time delivery rate, exception rate, cost achievement rate, etc.
– Maintain logistics system data to ensure accuracy and traceability, supporting digital operations.

Требования:

1. Basic Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or above
– Work experience: 5+ years of hands‑on logistics operations and management experience in Russia; deep knowledge of the full process of customs clearance, land transport, warehousing, and cross‑border delivery; VMI/HUB warehouse management experience is mandatory.

2. Core Competencies
– Resources and Information: established local logistics network and connections with government/port/service providers; ability to access real‑time information quickly.
– Solution Design and Problem Solving: ability to independently design logistics solutions, resolve complex issues, and perform well under pressure and in emergencies.
– Collaboration and Commercial Skills: strong cross‑functional communication, sales coordination, customer engagement, and commercial negotiation skills.

– Fluent in English, Russian (Chinese will be a plus)
