We are hiring a Call Center Operator for a cosmetology clinic based in Miami.
Languages required: English and Spanish (fluent)

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments at the clinic

• Make outbound calls to existing client base

• Consult clients and book appointments with doctors or for procedures

• Work with objections and client concerns

• Maintain records and communication in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Experience working in a cosmetology or aesthetic clinic is a plus

• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level minimum)

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center role

• Clear speech, persuasive communication, client-focused, proactive

Conditions:

• Fully remote position

• Working schedule: 5 days a week, from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM Moscow time

• Salary: Fixed base + KPI bonuses
