Your Role:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager who will manage inbound warm B2B leads generated through our website and Calendly appointments. You will be responsible for guiding partners through onboarding and integration while identifying new business opportunities.

This role requires solid knowledge of crypto fintech and a clear understanding of DeFi tools and protocols.​​​​​​​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound warm B2B leads, explain our platform's value clearly and simply

  • Understand the partner’s business model and how our product fits into it

  • Manage and track leads in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress updates

  • Guide leads through the onboarding and integration process

  • Identify technical and business needs and suggest tailored solutions

  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and engage new potential partners

Specific Tasks:

  • Provide product demonstrations and onboarding guidance

  • Proactively address and resolve any challenges during the sales and integration process

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B experience in sales, bizdev, or partnerships

  • Background in crypto fintech is essential

  • Strong understanding of DeFi tools, protocols, and market players

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple leads and tasks in a CRM

  • Self-driven, organized, and focused on outcomes

  • Familiar with LinkedIn tools for lead generation
