Counsel / Senior IP/IT Litigation Associate - RULF

Our client, prominent Russian law firm, ranked at Chambers, Legal 500, Pravo.ru, Best Lawyers, etc is looking for Counsel / Senior IP/IT Litigation Associate

The role will involve advising companies in a wide range of industries on acquiring and maintaining IP rights and in implementing IP protection and licensing strategies. You will also advise on anti-counterfeiting and other IP enforcement actions, representing clients in courts and relevant authorities. Requirements

· Higher legal education- diploma in law from one of the Russian higher institution; 　

· 6 + years post qualification experience strictly at leading ILFs and RULFs in IP practice;

· Good English

· Profound knowledge of intellectual property legislation and corresponding experience in this sphere;

· Knowledge of Russian data protection legislation　

· Strong career commitment and an aspiration for professional and career development.
