Finance Manager

Panasia Group is looking for a versatile and result-oriented Finance Manager with demonstrable experience in successfully managing Finance teams, monitoring all aspects of the company’s financial operations, conducting cashflow forecasts, report generation, including analysis and implementation of financial strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Managing financial forecasts and budgets (financial model oversight);
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and various presentation materials for the Board and potential investors;
• Working with the commercial, finance, and legal teams to set up international operations (legal entities, tax structuring, local bank accounts);
• Reviewing all formal financial, accounting, and legal procedures;
• Cost control and expense optimization across the organization.

Skills & Personal Characteristics:

• Vast experience in corporate finance (UAE, HK, EU)
• Advanced User of Microsoft Excel with knowledge of the IFRS principles
• Have a mindset that focuses on international expansion and growth—being able to work across a wide range of cultural contexts.
• Experience in financial modelling. Analytical skills and quantitative background. Expertise in data analysis and financial forecasting.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing financial controls &, productivity improvements, and change management.
• Communication and presentation skills are excellent. Ability to distil complex concepts from many sources into a simple vision that can be understood by someone with a minimal background in the field.
• Have a strategic vision. Accomplishes tasks in the face of ambiguity. Understands the factors that drive a company's success. Positivity in identifying opportunities and realism in identifying challenges. Reflective in anticipating problems and opportunities, yet decisive in making decisions.
