Technical Writer

• Writing and maintaining technical documentation at all stages of the software development lifecycle ;
• Collaborating with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other company employees;
• Creating developer and user documentation based on verbal or video descriptions provided by subject matter experts;
• Preparing training materials for developers, system administrators, and DevOps engineers.

• At least 2 years of experience as a technical writer in IT companies, with programming skills or ability to read code being a strong advantage;
• Understanding of how Python, standalone applications, and web applications work;
• Familiarity with REST API, WebSockets, and gRPC;
• Experience using Git (GitHub, GitLab, or BitBucket);
• Experience working with Confluence or any knowledge base system;
• Experience designing UML diagrams;
• Proficiency in Markdown (or HTML);
• Experience with documentation generators such as Sphinx is a plus;
• Excellent written English.
