Technical Product Manager (Продакт-менеджер)/Cyprus

Our client, a hosting company, delivers high-performance servers, advanced hosting infrastructure, and cloud-based services to customers worldwide. To support their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and proactive Product Manager to join their team in Cyprus.

Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will play an important role in shaping and improving managed services like Kubernetes, Load Balancer, Firewall, and Shared Block Storage.

You will work closely with engineering and R&D teams to take products from idea to launch. The ideal candidate has experience with technical B2B products, understands managed infrastructure services well, focuses on customer needs, and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage product roadmaps for the managed services.
• Collaborate closely with our development and R&D teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
• Drive the full product lifecycle - from conception, design, and development to production and support.
• Define and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring that all stakeholders have what they need to be successful.
• Develop and maintain a business proposal that makes a compelling case for continued investment into your products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop product insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Product Management role.
• Experience in the B2B IT sector is a must.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
• Demonstrable knowledge in technology trends and applying this in the creation of product strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
• Excellent project management and time-management skills.
• Experience in the hosting industry.

Что нужно будет делать:

Вы будете заниматься развитием таких сервисов как Kubernetes, балансировщик нагрузки, firewall и др. Предстоит работать в тесной связке с инженерами и командой R&D: от идеи до запуска продукта.

Основные задачи:

• Планировать и развивать продукты: формировать road map и следить за её реализацией.

• Плотно взаимодействовать с разработкой, чтобы проекты запускались вовремя и без лишних затрат.

• Отвечать за весь жизненный цикл продукта: от идеи и проектирования до запуска и поддержки.

• Подготовить стратегию выхода на рынок и обеспечить всем командам нужную информацию.

• Обосновывать необходимость инвестиций в развитие продуктов.

• Изучать рынок и конкурентов, чтобы продукты были актуальными и востребованными.

Что важно:

• Опыт работы продуктовым менеджером.

• Обязателен опыт в B2B IT (например, сервисы для разработчиков, облачные решения, хостинг и т.п.).

• Уверенный английский (устный и письменный).

• Умение разбираться в сложных вопросах и предлагать нестандартные решения.

• Навыки управления проектами и временем.

• Опыт в хостинг-индустрии будет плюсом.
