We are seeking a proactive and passionate Sales B2B professionals with strong spoken English level to join our team.


  • Successful experience in B2B sales in IT;
  • Relevant experience in the international market;
  • Experience in the fintech / trading / forex / crypto industry;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Strong knowledge of English (C-level) and Russian languages. Additional professional-level language skills would be beneficial;
  • Strong result-oriented person;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


  • Take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, manage the entire sales cycle;
  • Lead generation through various channels;
  • Work with B2B clients globally;
  • Work with current client base and expand it;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients, conduct product presentations, answer client questions;
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities;
  • Continuously monitor the sales pipeline, and implement effective strategies to accelerate the sales;
  • Analyse industry development trends, collect, sort out and analyse market trends of mainstream enterprises in relevant fields;
  • Provide reporting of revenue forecasts.
