PTP Concierge/Cпециалист группы клиентского сервиса по работе с поставщиками

• Создание шопинг-карт
• Закрытие PO в SAP
• Ведение документооборота
• Предоставление доступа в SAP сотрудникам.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create shopping carts, ACRs and PO uplifts in SAP SRM (Fiori). Create/update/block vendors in DSP.
• Create direct POs and change standard prices for materials in SAP Hana S4.
• Update the payment matrix for approvers in CFM60tool.
• Request access for employees to SAP systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g. ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Proactive and responsive
• English: intermediate
