Position Overview:

The company is seeking a talented and motivated IT Analyst to join its dynamic team in Moscow. As an IT Analyst, the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of retail sales force automation applications. Analytical skills and process improvement experience will be vital in identifying and resolving issues, optimizing performance, and enhancing the overall user experience for field marketing specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze incidents and problems in retail sales force automation applications to identify root causes and suggest remediation strategies.
  • Investigate and address issues reported by field marketing specialists, proposing improvements to minimize downtime and enhance overall performance.
  • Assess the performance of field representatives, identifying deviations from requirements and instances of false reporting, and recommend solutions to reduce dependency on human factors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
  • Utilize spreadsheets and data analysis tools to compile, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to problem-solving processes, ensuring knowledge is shared and accessible.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical mind with the ability to dissect complex problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent soft skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with people across various functions and levels.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, with a track record of successfully implementing changes that drive efficiency.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and data analysis tools to gather insights and inform decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus, but not required.
  • Above-average proficiency in English.

Contract Details:

  • Employment through a contracting company (status: contractor).
  • Contract duration: 3 years with the possibility of extension.
  • Working hours: Flexible schedule with an additional 3 days of vacation.
  • Total leave: 28+3 calendar days, which must be fully utilized within the calendar year and cannot be carried over to the next year.
  • Sick leave: Up to 3 days without a medical certificate with full pay, over 3 days requires a medical certificate.
