We are one of the largest universal banks in Russia with a leading position in Corporate & Investment Banking. As part of our international strategy, we are actively expanding cooperation with Indian multinational clients by offering them a full range of tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and develop new corporate relationships with Indian multinational companies operating in Russia
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key Indian clients, including conglomerates, exporters/importers, manufacturers, and IT firms
- Promote a full suite of CIB products: corporate lending, trade and export finance, FX operations, documentary business, and investment solutions
- Conduct regular business trips to India to meet with clients, participate in negotiations, industry events, and business forums
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, financial models, and credit applications
- Actively collaborate with internal teams in Russia and abroad
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities related to the Indian corporate sector
Ключевые задачи:
- Привлечение новых корпоративных клиентов — индийских международных компаний, ведущих деятельность в России
- Развитие и укрепление долгосрочных отношений с ключевыми индийскими клиентами, включая холдинги, экспортно-импортные компании, производственные и ИТ-компании
- Продажа и продвижение продуктов CIB: корпоративное кредитование, торговое и экспортное финансирование, валютные операции, документарные инструменты и инвестиционные решения
- Проведение регулярных деловых поездок в Индию для встреч с клиентами, участия в переговорах, отраслевых форумах и деловых мероприятиях
- Подготовка клиентских предложений, презентаций, финансовых моделей и кредитных заявок
- Взаимодействие с внутренними подразделениями банка в России и за рубежом
- Мониторинг рыночной конъюнктуры и выявление новых возможностей для развития бизнеса с индийскими компаниями
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or International Business
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate/investment banking, international trade, or B2B client management
- Strong understanding of Indian business culture and corporate decision-making processes
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); knowledge of Hindi is an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently to India
- Excellent relationship management skills, initiative, and business development mindset
