Job Summary: The Personal Assistant to the General Manager (GM) will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the GM's office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the GM's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments. Handle all administrative tasks for the Executive Office.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the GM.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, social gatherings, and other activities as required.
- Document Management: Compile and submit management reports in a timely manner. Ensure proper translation and circulation of government documents.
- Special Projects: Support the GM with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a medium to large-sized organization. Experience in a similar capacity is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong communication and human relations skills.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
