Job Title: YouTube Content Manager | Remote

Location: Russia and CIS countries preferred (e.g. Belarus, Kazakhstan)

Salary: $1,000–$1,300 USD/month (gross)

Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours with some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time

Our Client:

Our client is a fast-growing medical brand with a YouTube channel of 40K+ subscribers. They are expanding their content strategy and looking for a YouTube Content Manager to help scale their channel’s reach through editing, SEO, and creative collaboration.

In this role, you’ll:

• Work closely with a U.S.-based speaker by editing and preparing video content for YouTube
• Apply light post-production to long-form videos (cutting, clean-up, structure)
• Create engaging short-form clips from long-form content
• Participate in content planning and help shape the YouTube publishing schedule
• Collaborate with an in-house designer on thumbnails and visual branding
• Optimize each upload with eective metadata, SEO, and YouTube best practices
• Reach out to influencers and content creators for cross-promotions and partnerships
• Support external promotional campaigns aimed at boosting channel growth
• Contribute to the evaluation and launch of potential new channels and collaborations
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in YouTube content creation or video marketing ● Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar
• Understanding of YouTube SEO (titles, tags, thumbnails, metadata)
• Native/Fluent Russian
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (C1/C2 preferred)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to act on performance data
• Proactive, independent working style with strong collaboration skills
• Clear communication and comfort in a remote environment
