Affiliate Manager (MENA)

Division: MENA
Work format: Office / Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Schedule: 5/2, 8 hours per day, flexible start between 9:00–11:00
Probation period: 2–3 months

About the Position

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with at least 1 year of relevant experience in affiliate marketing to develop and scale the Iran-focused affiliate channel. The role involves active work with partners, network growth, and traffic quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and attract affiliate partners from Iran

• Conduct negotiations and present the affiliate program

• Support partners from registration to traffic launch

• Monitor traffic quality and analyze performance metrics

• Provide partner support in Farsi and English

Requirements & Skills

• Knowledge of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models

• Experience with affiliate platforms

• B2B negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of web analytics and tracking

• Confident use of browsers, messengers, Google Docs/Sheets

• Traffic analysis and quick resource identification

Personal Qualities

• Ability to “sell” the affiliate program

• Independence and initiative

• Ability to build long-term business relationships

• Responsibility and attention to detail

Languages

• Farsi — C1+ (mandatory)

• English or Russian — B2+

Education

• Not mandatory, but a degree in marketing, communications, or business is a plus

Work Locations

Office-based in Belgrade, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Omsk, Tashkent
