Client Support Supervisor (Africa)

We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Supervisor to join our team and manage customer support operations for the West Africa. You will lead and inspire a team of agents, maintain high service standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of our support processes. This is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a group of remote customer support specialists
- Organising the team’s work effectively to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assisting with the training and onboarding of new employees
- Providing informational and consultative mentorship to team members
- Supporting and motivating operators within the team to increase productivity
- Monitoring the quality and efficiency of the team’s employees
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in Customer Support
- Experience working with remote CS employees will be considered an advantage
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team and improve processes
- Ability to analyse large volumes of information
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English English & French; native in Arabic
