We are looking for a friendly and attentive Patient Support Operator for our cosmetology clinic. You will help patients with inquiries and provide general information about our services.

Working Hours

• Shift-based schedule from 10:00 to 22:00 MSK

• Includes weekends and holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Answer patient inquiries via email and live chat in clear, professional English

• Provide basic information about cosmetology treatments, pricing, and preparation guidelines

• Monitor patient feedback and escalate any issues to medical staff as necessary

• Maintain a courteous, patient-focused communication style at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent written English skills

• Warm, friendly, and empathetic communication style

• Willingness to work shifts and ability to work independently

• Basic understanding of cosmetology terminology and procedures is a plus
