Internet Marketing Specialist

You will be working on a product within our ecosystem, with a strong focus on growing the product website from strategy to hands-on execution and measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Own and develop the website as a key user acquisition channel
• Identify and implement ideas to increase traffic, sign-ups, and conversions
• Analyze user behavior and identify bottlenecks in the funnel
• Optimize the entire user journey (landing pages, onboarding, key pages)
• Generate and prioritize growth hypotheses
• Run A/B tests and implement improvements
• Launch and test acquisition channels (paid, organic, partnerships, etc.)
• Work on website content, structure, and positioning

Requirements:

• Excellent written English (near-native level) is required. Your skills will be assessed during a live online test.
• 2+ years of experience in growth / performance / product marketing
• Understanding of how products grow through websites (traffic → conversion → retention)
• Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Experience running A/B tests and working with hypotheses
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from idea to execution
